AudioLance reserves the right to retain and use any photograph, audio, video, or other media submitted by you to sell Services on the site. We also reserve the right to use your feedback and reviews published on the Site. Our use of such material is consistent with the restrictions on disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information. We further reserve the right to monitor, edit, and/or restrict any messages, photographs, or media that are posted on the Site.

Services Offered

AudioLance is a marketplace platform that allows music professionals and clients to connect and collaborate on music production projects. Our Services facilitate transactions between buyers ("Buyers") and sellers ("Sellers") but do not include direct involvement in the agreements or interactions between users.

User Accounts and Membership

To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the Site

The Site and Services are available for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws.

By posting content to the Site, you grant AudioLance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on AudioLance solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the AudioLance Services.

Your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk. The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioLance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Payments and Fees

Buyers must pay for Projects through the Site using the Site's payment portal. Payments must not be made directly to Sellers.

A service fee of 3.9% is payable by the Buyer at the time of payment via the AudioLance payment portal.

Refunds and Cancellations

If a Seller offers a 100% money-back guarantee, such Projects may be cancelled and refunded for any reason while the Project is still in progress.

Refunds for Projects not covered by a 100% guarantee are at the sole discretion of AudioLance.

To request a refund, Buyers must contact AudioLance customer support at support@audiolance.com.

User Comments and Feedback

Users may submit comments, feedback, and other content to the Site. By submitting such content, you grant AudioLance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content.

Confidential Information

Users may have access to confidential information relating to other users or AudioLance. Users must protect such confidential information with at least the same degree of care as they use to protect their own confidential information.

Mobile and Other Devices

While the Site is provided for free, normal carrier rates and fees, such as data charges, may apply.

Advertising

AudioLance may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than us, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party.

Disputes

Users are encouraged to resolve conflicts among themselves. If this fails, disputes between Buyers and Sellers should be handled using the Site’s dispute resolution tools or by contacting AudioLance customer support at support@audiolance.com.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AudioLance and supersede all prior agreements with respect to the subject matter herein.

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
