I'm Steve, I play pedal steel, lap steel, acoustic/electric guitar, bottleneck slide, dobro and bass, a one stop shop for roots music!

I specialise in roots based blues and Americana but am versed in rock, rock n roll, folk, pop etc. I'm an open minded, creative musician keen to enhance your project however I can whilst staying true to the song.

For this gig I will play a complete pro level folk/Americana acoustic guitar part for your song.

I use a small bodied mahogany Martin 00 for many tracks.. or my spruce topped dreadnought to suit the sound you're looking for. I can record mono or stereo for a wide image if you prefer, and add compression, reverb and delay to suit!
